Splitter Joiner

Is there a decent splitter/joiner out there that's somewhat intuitive.
HJsplit asks too many questions. Tried BL Joiner and looks like unless
you specifically name all the parts he only combines the first. WTF?

FineSplit is, indeed, amazingly small, and pretty neat. Just drag n drop
the file to be split on to it, and presto, it's split.
I've also long used Dizzy (found on the page below FineSplit) to read
NFO and DIZ files.
