Split Text into Two Columns

I would like to split the following text in Column A;
Column A
007577................................9-46
007730..............................13-38

In column B, I would like to extract the 9 in row 1, the 13 in row 2
etc.
and in column C I would like to extract 46 in row 1 and the 38 in row
2 etc.
