split report

I have a report Completed Training by Date Selection - On one particular day
I have 3 different Courses completed - but when I run my report it shows the
one date and only lists the first course and lists all staff names under the
one course. eg:

Course Date Course Description Staff Member
5/7/05 Module 5 A. Scott, C.
Baker
5/7/05 Module 2 V. Sutton, C.
O'Brien
5/7/05 Module 7 P. Smith, R.
Farnsworth

when I run the report it shows

5/7/05 Module 2 A. Scott, C. Baker, V. Sutton, C. O'Brien,P. Smith, R.
Farnsworth

Any suggestions on how to rectify this. Many thanks once again

I worked it out myself - changed sorting and grouping order on report and
works ok now - thankyou
