TMPGEnc will cut it into smaller chunks (File-->Mpeg Tools) or you couldforgot to add. this file is 750mb, is there any way I can reduce the
size of this file with out losing quality?

you can chop it up and you can re-encode it to a smaller file size, but, as
MPEG1 is a lossy compression scheme, re-encoding, with MPEG1 or another
lossy encoder, will result in quality loss.
