hello, i was wondering how to change my start up and shut
down splash screens to something else. is there an

easy way to do that? i've heard that if you do it
incorrectly that you can harm your operating system.

Read the archives on Google to learn how to change these. It can be
done, "easy" is a relative term but I'd have to say it's very easy.
