There seems to be a bug in Spider Solitaire. If you ever save a game and then
come back and either complete that game, or cancel that game, it will still
ask you each time you start Spider if you want to play the saved game. How
come you can't cancel a saved game? Or, if you can, how do you get rid of the
annoying "Do you want to continue your saved game?"

Try this:

On the Start Menu, click on Games (on the right side of the menu). In the
Games folder, right-click Solitaire, and choose Saved Games. Delete the
file Solitaire.SolitaireSave-ms in the folder that appears. Solitaire will
keep asking you if you want to play your saved game as long as that file is
in C:\Users\(Your Name)\Saved Games\Microsoft Games\Solitaire.
