Is there any way of arranging to have automatic spelling checked in Excel?
 
Hi
do you mean a similar behaviour as in MS Word (underlining misspelled
words)? If yes: unfortunately no chance in MS Excel

on a sitenote: A feasible though complicated solution could be to use
the worksheet_change event and start the spellchecker each time the
user changes a value but I doubt this is what you want :-)
