Spelling & Grammar for Limited User on WinXP Pro?

How do I enable the "Spelling & Grammar" tab in Tools | Options for Word
with MS Office 97 in a limited user account on WinXP Pro?

I would imagine it has something to do with the fact I've installed
Office 97 onto a NTFS partition, and the fact the limited user does not
have the correct permissions. In Tools | Options the "Spelling &
Grammar" tab is grayed out. I provided the user the modify permission
for the "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office" directory, but it did NOT do
the trick. Any ideals? TIA!
