spelling check

Hi,
I am working with Outlook 2002 under XP Pro. I often need to change the
language for the spell check, so I was wondering if there is a shortcut to do
so. I have been reading other posts here, one was suggesting to add the
"language" button to the commandbar via customization, only in my Outlook
version I do not have this possibility....
Many thanks in advance,
best regards,
Valeria

I suggest you set Word as your e-mail editor. Word recognizes the language
in most cases after a couple of words or after a paragraph. The language
option can also be placed on the Toolbar via View-> Toolbars-> Customize...

Hi,
how can you set Word as e-mail editor?
And also, I have tried to Customize my toolbar, but I have no "language"
button in there... only "Spelling"...
Thanks!
Best regards,
Valeria

1) Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format
2) It is possible once Word is set as the e-mail editor
