Spell Checker Not Recognizing Capital Letters

Using Word 2003 – Why doesn’t the spell check recognize capital letters that
are misspelled?

HELP! Thank you in advance, Karen
 
Check the Spelling & Grammar tab in the Options dialog box (under the Tools
menu)... make sure you uncheck "Ignore words in UPPERCASE"
 
Have you checked to make sure that the box for "Ignore words in UPPERCASE"
is not checked on the Spelling & Grammar tab of Tools | Options?
