Spell Checker in an appointment

I accept correct spelling of words in an appointment but the next time I am
in the appointment, the same misspellings come up. Is there a hidden option
for appointments that I am unaware of?
 
What application? Did you actually *correct* the spelling errors?

Sounds like Outlook, so you should ask the Outlook group.

Or is it Windows Mail (Calendar) that you're asking about?
