Spell checker for OE 2.1

I have installed Microsoft 2007 and since then my Spell Checker for OE 2.1 is
in French only. Tried Tools, Options Spelling and it is only French with
nothing in drop down to change to. Any anwers?

On Dec 18, there is a post with the subject: Replacing the French Spelling
Dictionary.

Here was my reply:

I have been using Vampirefo to add a new spell checker to Outlook Express,
since I upgraded last February. I have had no problems with it at all.
