Spell check

Has anyone a solution to spell check in Word not
functionig. It always tells me that everything is okay.
I have to remember to read my typing before giving it to
my boss because the spell check does not pick up errors.
 
Make sure that the language is not set to "(no proofing)" or "Do not check
spelling and grammar" (Tools | Language | Set Language).
