After formatting text in a memo field, the spell checker on the Home Ribbon
suggests the error and correction but highlights the wrong area in the field
to replace. Hence the correction is worse than the original mistake. If you
manually select the error, everthing works properly. It also works correctly
if the error is prior to the formatting.
