spell check problem

I am using outlook 2007 in English UK verision. Spelling check underline me
sometimes a word which already exist in a dictionery because I have added
it.

If I would like to added it again I cant because the button is not active.
One thing what I can do it to ignore.

It seems to have not any rule. This occours not only on one machine.
 
I discovered that if I set up a default language as English UK it swaps
somehow into English US and this problem ocours than.

Is anyone who know why this swaps into English US? How can I eliminate this?
