spell check & multilingual

Why would the spell check work only intermtittenly? Some words it corrects.
Others it does not. Is there a way to to look at what is in the custom
dictionary?

Why does mail sometimes switch to a multilingual; keyboard wehere keys like
'
are swithed to foriegn characters? How can you stop this?
 
The custom dictionary is at
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows Mail\UserDictionary.lex.
You can open and edit that file in Notepad.

Sorry, I have no idea why your keyboard sometimes types foreign characters.
