Speedfan confusion...HELP!!!!

Hi,

I've been using speedfan 4.32 and it has the attribute called "Remote"
that I can't make sense of. Even if the ambient temperature is OK,
remote is always blazing.

Is it due to the CPU usage?

Most importantly, WHICH COMPONENT IS REMOTE? What are its limits? is
70C OK?

This is one for the Speedfan support page, or some hardware forum.

Not all of the sensors have meaningful readings. you need to determine which
ones apply to your motherboard.

I'm using the same version with an Asus A7N8XE Deluxe and I don't see
anything about 'Remote'. It does seem to report double my real fan speeds
(15K+ for the CPU fan)...

Click on the Configure button and go to the Advanced tab. select your
chipset and you can sed a divider for the fan output. All this is at the
Speedfan homepage, along with supported chipsets etc..

where under what tab are you seeing, this REMOTE.
have NEVER seen it .
