I am using aplus.net for hosting. I use the following
location to publish my web:

http://xxxxx.web.aplus.net

This publishes my pages in a folder named "html"

Following aplus instructions, I have created a
folder "40004" at the same level as above. Within 40004 I
have created another "html" folder per instructions.

I can't figure out how to publish to 40004/html.

Both
http://xxxxx.web.aplus.net/40004
and
http://xxxxx.web.aplus.net/40004/html
create folders inside, what I take is, the root folder
html.

Yes, I have called & emailed & called & emailed aplus.
They just don't do tech support for Frontpage.

Can anyone help me?

Tks
Greg

The problem is that xxxxx.web.aplus.net is not a subweb but a subdomain, and
in order to publish to it via FP, the need to configure the extensions to
work with subdomains. The easy approach for your host is to allow you to
create a subweb, and then may the subweb to the subdomain.

You would then publish the subweb as:

http://web.aplus.net/xxxxxx
