specific email account to use a specific .pst file

I have several email mail accounts. I would like to have one of these accounts use a specific .pst file. Similar to the way Outlook handles a Hotmail account. When I change the setting for "deliver new e-mail to the following location", it affects all of the email accounts. Is there a way to set this up without having to use the "rules wizard".

If the accounts concern Exchange or POP3 then Rules or separate Profiles are
the only options
