SPD 2007 Timeout Issue

Another thing that's really irritating me is it seems SPD times out and I
can't save my work to the server.

I have SPD installed on my local computer, but I've created my sandbox site
on the actual box as WSS 3.0, and the database that contains my data is on
the same box.

It seems to lock me out when I don't use it for a little while, like looking
up something on the net or writing a SP in SQL Server, then I come back to
SPD and it seems my only course of action is to quit without saving and
restarting the program.

Has anyone else had this problem, or better yet, know how to fix it?

Thanks, Bob

Tom, I posted this question before I saw your response on the earlier thread.
The bottom line is I can't find, or see in that list a SharePoint Developer
group.
