Spawn 2nd Browser Window when HYLPERLINK clicked on?

I ned to be able to spawn a 2nd browser window when a usrer clicks my link.
Is there a way to do that in FRONTPAGE? Like some setting?

When you are in the Hyperlink Properties window, click on Select Target and
choose New Window. This will make the hyperlink open in a seprate browser
page when it's clicked.
