Spanish WinXP OS

I bought a new IBM on ebay but it has a spanish operating
system. Can that be changed or would Micrsoft Update
that for a fee.

Hi Bill

If you want to change to another other Language for XP, you will need to buy a full retail version of that Language. A Spanish XP version cannot be 'upgraded/changed' to any other Language.
