Spanish Prompts when I use Access

Why are nearly all my Access prompts in Spanish even though my control panel
 
Did you accidentally install the Spanish version of Office? The regional
settings have nothing to do with Access messages as far as I know.
 
Check in Office tools->language setting.
make sure it is defaulting to English
