Spam

Hi,

Apparently someone has latched on to my Email and is using my computer as a
SPAM launching site. I am a computer novice. I have installed a firewall
and a Virus package. I did a system restore and reloaded all software, but
the Email problem contiues. How do I stop it?

What are you basing this on? If you mean that a spammer is simply using your
e-mail address to identify the spam they are sending spam then there's
nothing you can do to stop it and the problem is not associated with your
machine or your software. Change your e-mail address.

If the spam is actually being posted from your machine then you are being
used as an open relay. You should disconnect the machine from the 'net and
seek assistance in configuring your e-mail server.
