thanks for the quick response, these bullets still showing regardless
(Ctlr+Shift+*) activated or not, it is showing alone no other symobles
showing, please advice
ps it is not showing on printing just when it is on View / normal or print
layout!!

If you had followed Suzanne's link you would find out that those are not "bullets". They are the
non-printing characters that represent when you press the space bar. Go to help on your program
and find out how to turn off the non-printing characters.

Ctrl+Shift+* toggles the All Nonprinting characters setting on and off. If
any individual nonprinting characters are separately enabled, then the
toggle will not affect them.

Assuming you're using Word 2003 or earlier, choose Tools - Options - View
tab. In the middle section--Formatting Marks--remove the check next to
Spaces. Then click OK.

Having done this, Ctrl+Shift+* will now toggle visible spaces off and on
(which display as tiny bullets).

Go to Tools > Options > View and clear all of the check boxes in the
"Formatting marks" section -- especially the one that says "Spaces".

The Ctrl+Shift+* shortcut toggles only the check box that says "All".
If any of the others are checked, they'll continue to show on screen
regardless of the state of the All choice.
