Space Bar Issues

Please help if you can... For some reason when I hit my space bar, it inserts
a return and when I hit my right arrow key, the scroll lock comes on. This
happens in all programs; Word, IE, NotePad, chat programs, etc. I think I
may have somehow managed to hit an odd combonation of keys and managed to
create this mess however I don't know how to fix it. I've tried restarting
the computer, logging onto a different user and even tried to restore
previous settings from weeks back and nothing has worked. This is extremely
annoying and very time consuming.

Either you have the wrong keyboard installed for your country or someone
spilt a drink in your keyboard. Go to control panel and then keyboard setup
and check you have the keyboard set up for your country. If it is then my
best bet is someone spilt a drink in your keyboard and it is
malfunctioning.
