SP4 is in history but NOT in Explorer

I just got my pc back from the shop, had a reinstall of
w2000, anyway, when i check my windows update -
installation history, it shows SP4 Express was successful-
BUT when i click on Help in the Explorer browser, it shows
SP1. So do i have SP4 or not??

To check go to the run option in the start menu and
type "winver" without the quotes it will report which SP
is installed.
