Hi,
Check svcpack.log in the computer
in this file look for
Starting process: C:\WINNT\system32\wzcsetup.exe /i /P
***
Return Code = 2147942402
If you get this then
Applying this patch 313664
and then install SP4
it will run
other wise mail the complete
svcpack.log so that we could look for the Dll creating the problem
