sp4 and GDI printers

Having updated to SP4 the system crashed when I try to
print. Get blue screen and Kmode_exception_not_handle
error. I believe this is due to my printer which is a GDI
(graphics device interface) printer, as the error is
supposed to be in the pwgdi.dll - which is a print driver -
Help please

I have a similar problem, with w2000 sp4 in any application i try to print and choose one printer wich is unavailable at this time and the bluescreen apears with the message stop (memory address) kmode_exception_not_handle (more adress) op8wkm.dl
