I've had no problems with it on any of my numerous Windows boxen or any of
the many clients' machines on which I've installed it.

I've loaded it on 3 PC's at home, one was even an AMD chip, and no
issues. I did make backups of each PC prior to the upgrade and I did
follow the suggested prerequisites.

I have had problems trying to install SP3 on two Dell laptops, if you
should encounter problems there is free tech support at MS until
4-14-09. The number is 866-234-6020. There is also a a knowledge base
