tried updating computer w/ sp3. does not install. error
log says "The file mobsync.dll is missing from the Service
Pack 3 installation. The file must be present for Service
Pack 3 Setup to continue.

Press OK to cancel Setup."

any suggestions?

Are you using the full network version of SP3? If not,
try downloading that as the quick version needs to go out
to the MS web site and you may get a glitch and thus have
install issues.
