SP3 on Outlook XP

One of my users installed SP3 onto Office XP (just before I warned everyone
not to of course) and it seems to have broken a custom form we use. It's
not broken in the manner that most have reported - he isn't seeing the 'a
program is trying to access... allow it for 1 minute' security warning. The
form simply does not run -- it's like the VB script isn't executing. I
cleared his forms cache and tried some other things but it still doesn't
run.

We run in an exchange environment and use the "Outlook security form" to
avoid security dialogs -- maybe this is broken with SP3? Any other ideas?

Thanks.

More on this... As this form is in a shared email account I tried adding
the registry entries from KB 838871. This allowed the form to run but
changes are not all saved. Any changes to the controls on the page are
saved OK but any changes caused by script execution do not get saved. Help?
