Your better off just downloading the .ISO and burning it for free, no reason
to pay for them to send it.

To obtain the SP3 CD:

Windows XP Service Pack 3

Below, "Order the Windows XP SP3 CD" is a drop box that says,
"Please select your preferred language".

Select your language then click the "Go" button.
