SP2

Brad

Somehow I can't see it.
I went to the website you recommended.
Clicked on: Windows XP SP2 Newsgroups
Which took me to:
http://communities.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.asp?icp=xpsp2&slcid=us
I then clicked on: see Using an NNTP Newsreader
Which took me to: http://communities2.microsoft.com/home/usingnntpnews.aspx

It said, "specify msnews.microsoft.com. That's it. Whenever you visit to a Microsoft
newsgroup again, you won't have to configure anything. Just click the link to the
newsgroup, and Outlook Express will open the newsgroup."

(I'm already using that server in OE).
OE is my ONLY newsreader.

I gotta be missing something here.

When I did a search for SP2 and got NO newsgroups.
I did a search for WindowsXp and still no Service Pack groups.

What am I missing??

Thanks for your help.

Brad,

Right hand side of
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/sp2preview.mspx
Windows XP SP2 Newsgroups.
Opens the Web based interface
The top half of the main pane has a scroll bar - scroll down for full
instructions as to how to set up a newsreader to access the private
newsgroups.
