I installed Win Xp SP2, but it hung up visual studio .net. I unistalled SP2
for now, but is there any fixes for that problem that anyone is aware of?

I installed VS.NET 2003 on machines after installing Windows XP Professional
SP2 and did not experience any problems yet.

I installed Visual Studio before SP2 and have had no issues.

Is there anything in MS support?
