SP2....worth downloading??

Is there enough benefits to SP2 to download and install it? My XP XP Pro
runs just fine and Norton's AV and Zone Alarm seem to be keeping me pretty
secure. What are the benefits of SP2 other then enhanced firewall and added
IE6 security??
