SP2 will not install \AppPatch\ drvmain.sdb

Terry

SP2 will not install because drvmain.sdb is being used. I
tried to rename drvmain.sdb did not help. I tried
installing SP2 from Safe Mode did not help, re installed
XP then tried SP2 did not help.
Need ideas
