SP2 - Taskbar Issue

Before Installing Service Pack 2 (XP Home Edition), I
could click once on a maximized program in the taskbar -
once - and it would minimize the program.

After installing SP2, Windows no longer 'behaves' the
same way. If I click on a program in the taskbar, when
the window is already maximized, nothing happens.

The minus button in the top will minimize. Try the minus
button, restore "the window" (DO NOT RESTORE 'WINDOWS')
and then try the click. I had the same problem until i
did this. Hope this helps

This refers to IE - when multiple IE windows are in use,
and I want to minimize an open window. If I click on the
IE button in the taskbar, and then on the button for the
specific IE window, the window does not minimize.
