SP2 Sysprep settings

I'm looking for sysprep settings for XP SP2 - specifically in relation to the
firewall. We want to test turning this off in our image since we have a very
strong firewall for desktops. I've searched through several KB articles but
haven't found the specific setting yet.

Why not just disable the firewall using Group Policy?
