SP2 issues

I downloaded SP2 and it shutdown my computer. I tried to reboot and it would
recycle, partial boot, shutdown, and so on. I had a tech fix the computer but
ever since my Outlook Express has not worked. I go to Start-Outlook Express
and it starts to load, and seizes just prior to my inbox emails downloading.
I am unable to anything other than click the X in the top RThand corner. In
the end I have switched to MS Outlook and imported address book but mail will
not import. Seizes up same as Outlook Express. Any fixes other than reloading
XP? Might SP3 work? I have scan numerous times for virus/worm but nothing
found? Idea? Thanks.
 
If you are referring to Windows XP SP2 then it seems the problems with your
installation of it are still present. they need to be resolved.
