SP2 Issue with IE6

Hello,

When I upgraded to sp2, I noticed my toolbar (yahoo) was disabled for my
usual logon account. The usual account is a copy of the administrator
account and has administrator priviledges. While logged on the usual
account, I cannot re-enable the toolbar from the add on manager, but I can
from the administrator account. Then when I log back on with the usual
account it's disabled again.

I've never had a problem with rights on the usual account, I have created
other administrator accounts while being logged on as the usual account, and
when I right click on the start button, I can see open all users. Please
advise how I can enable the toolbar while logged on as the usual account.
Thanks in advance
