SP2 & FTP

I recently formatted my computer due to problems. Was not going to
install SP2 this time to see if it would run better but due to
inattention it downloaded and I installed it. Now cannot connect using
to testing FTP client or Dreamweaver. I am using Norton Internet
Security 2005 so Windows Firewall is turned off and the programs are on
the allow list in Norton.
Any ideas
 
That was meant to read cannot connect to testing server using FTP
client or Dreamweaver. I have also unchecked Use Passive
