Any one help to resolve this problem.
We have a vb6 application which is used to upload zip files from a local
machine to unix server and to download the zip file from unix server to local
machine. This uses wininet.dll for the file transfer. We have windows XP Sp2
in the client
machine. The application is included in the firewall exception. All work
fine when the firewall is turned off. When the firewall is on (with Don't
allow exception unchecked) the application stop responding. We have enabled
the firewall log and the log show no droped packets. Not sure what exactly
happens.
