I installed the Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit so that I could
check for potential problems before installing SP2. When I run the tool, it
tells me what it can do but I cannot get it to actually run those checks?
How do you make it run?

TIA

Well you kinda gotta understand the Compatibility Tool is genetically
related to SP 2 i.e. you are told the greats things this Service Pack is
going to do, the trick and it is a trick, is getting it installed on an
existing Windows machine.
