How can I get a copy of the SP2 upgrade on a CD? I can
find no information on the MS suppport info.

Order Windows XP Service Pack 2 on CD:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/updates/sp2/cdorder/en_us/default.mspx

It's not available now, but check back this page later. BTW, it would be
fully available via Windows Update / AU shortly. But, you can download the
Network installer package (~270 MB Download) now:
