SP2 and NAT

I do not know if I am having the NAT problem or not, but after installing
SP2, everything seems to work fine except being able to dial into work from
home via the AT&T Global Dialer for broadband. I have tunneling installed for
security (part of the work at home package) and now I cannot get to any
addresses that have to do with our internal network. It worked before I
installed SP2, so I know it had something to do with this.

I can still get to everything external to our network, just not internal. It
say it cannot resolve the name I put in. Any ideas if this is the NAT
problem? It seems like it but I tried the "fix" mentioned on ZDNet about
adding the registry key and setting it to 2, but that fix not fix my problem.
Did the SP2 install change my DNS addresses? I didn't check what they were
before the intall.

Any help is appreciated.

Do you have a commercial firewall program? XP SP2 updates the MS firewall and
you may want to check this firewall to see if it is preventing you from doing
what you want to do. As a quick test, try disabling the MS firewall (Control
Panel->Security Center->Windows Firewall. If what you are doing now works,
you need to add your program to the exceptions.

I don't have a commercial firewall program, just a hardware firewall.

Other than that, I tried your suggestions and now it is working just fine.
Thanks for the great tip! I can now work as normal. Everything I had before
is working just fine.
