SP2,3 SP 4

Hello,
I have question regarding the service packs for win2KP. I am tring to
install the newest update, SP4, but when the install starts an error comes up
and says 'Cryptographic program not installed.' or something to that effect.
I tried to install SP3 instead. It downloaded fine but, when the program
went to create all of the new files, an error came up and said 'Failed to
create catagory files.' So I tried to install SP2, same error came up.
Don't know what to do about it. I need at least SP3 so I can install Office
2003. Any help would be greatly appericiated.

I had a similar problem to this when installing service packs, I found no
work around other than to back up all my work and wipe the HDD and do a
complete install, not an ideal solution, but it works...
