HI
AS I am a bit confused on this can someone help?,
I have just changed from microsoft jvm, to sun micro jvm
as microsoft say they no longer support microsoft jvm
anymore,I have sp1 already installed from when I
installed windows xp, But as I have changed to sun micro
jvm which microsoft now say's it surports do I need to
have sp1a installed as well, to keep up with the updates
that maybe needed, I followed the instructions from
microsoft about uninstalling microsoft jvm and installing
sun micro jvm, which is now installed, but not sure if I
need sp1a now ?, could somebody let me know as I am not
sure if sp1 will do the same job of keeping up with
updates that maybe needed for sun micro jvm.

If you already have SP1 installed, you do not need SP1a. Do not uninstall
SP1!

Microsoft offers no updates for Sun's Java....the Sun website will offer updates
to its own JAVA.
