I can't open internet exployer only with add on's & now my computer is
running slow, and alot of the web sites I can't get into. do I uninstall sp2

And did this happen BEFORE or AFTER installing SP2?

i'VE HAD IT INSTALLED ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO, & NOW THIS IS THE ONLY PROBLEM i'VE HAD SO FAR

Then I would suggest it's NOT an SP2 problem - have you installed any other
Windows Updates just before this started happening?
