Southwest Ding won't start as Regular User, only Admin

I installed Southwest Ding (c:\Program Files\Southwest Airlines\Ding) which
starts fine at boot up when logging in as Admin. Ding won't start when
logging in as a non-admin User. There is a Southwest Airlines Folder in
C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming but no Southwest Airlines Folder in
c:\Users\MyAccountName\AppData\Roaming Folder.

How do I get this program to start when I log in as the non-admin user?
